Eu am facut azi o crema de ciocolata,dar puteti sa faceti cu orice aroma,ce imi place mai mult e crema caramel, deci ingredinte : 1 litru de lapte,2 oua, resturi de ciocolata cca 100 gr. se pune la fiert cu putin laptele si 4 linguri zahar :

se bat albsurile spuma iar cele 2 galbenusuri se freaca cu 1 lingura de intaritor alimentar,apoi se incorporeaza cu laptele atat galbensurile cat si albusurile spuma,se mai fierbe totul cateva minute,iese o crema pufoasa care se poate garnisi cum dorim,cu inghetata,cu frisca, in combinatie cu alte creme de fructe de ex. se serveste rece.
